Delivery Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation providers, warehouses, and customers based on customer requirements and transportation plans to arrange pickups, deliveries, and related logistics resources.
• Monitor vehicle arrivals, loading activities, transportation progress, and delivery status to ensure transportation operations are executed according to schedule.
• Manage transportation and delivery progress for customer orders, ensuring goods are delivered accurately and on time.
• Liaise with warehouses, transportation providers, and customers to coordinate and resolve daily operational issues, ensuring smooth business operations.
• Track and handle transportation exceptions, including delays, damages, shortages, and delivery refusals. Drive timely resolution and ensure proper closure of issues.
• Maintain transportation, warehousing, and delivery-related data, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner within relevant systems.
• Collect, verify, and archive Proof of Delivery (POD), transportation documents, and other operational records.
• Support the continuous improvement of logistics processes to enhance transportation efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in logistics projects and other supply chain-related initiatives as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations. Experience with third-party logistics (3PL), freight forwarding, or e-commerce logistics is preferred.
• Good understanding of transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment processes, with a strong interest in the logistics industry.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently with customers, warehouses, and transportation providers.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Data analysis skills are an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. German language skills are a plus.
• Valid German Class B driver's license with practical driving experience is preferred.
