We are looking for experienced AI Platform Engineers and Platform Architects to support, evolve and architect enterprise AI platforms on Azure, covering Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, RAG, LLMs, Responsible AI, security, automation and platform governance.

📍 Location: Germany / Netherlands / Belgium – Remote

🔹 Platform Engineer – Architect / Senior Architect Level

🔹 Support and operate an existing enterprise AI platform

🔹 Deploy and manage Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI & Azure AI Foundry

🔹 Manage Azure ML Workspaces and ML models

🔹 Configure Azure API Management (APIM) policies and products

🔹 Manage general Azure platform services and infrastructure

🔹 Manage releases using GitHub & Azure DevOps

🔹 Develop and maintain Terraform deployment scripts

🔹 Handle platform incidents raised through ServiceNow (SNOW)

🔹 Deploy new LLM models and maintain platform currency

🔹 Provide technical consultancy and support for platform onboarding

🔹 Implement platform monitoring for performance, capacity and security

🔹 Manage and report Responsible AI alerts

🔹 Platform Architect – Manager / Senior Manager Level

🔹 Scout and evaluate emerging AI capabilities across Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot and the wider AI ecosystem

🔹 Define AI platform technology roadmaps and architecture strategies

🔹 Design scalable and secure AI solutions including RAG pipelines, agent orchestration and enterprise data integration

🔹 Architect multi-model and multimodal solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Prompt Flow and cognitive services

🔹 Establish architecture standards aligned with Responsible AI and Microsoft Well-Architected Framework

🔹 Design secure integration patterns using Private Endpoints, Managed Identities, network segmentation and API gateways

🔹 Lead threat modelling and security reviews using OWASP LLM Top 10 and Microsoft SDL

🔹 Implement content safety, prompt injection mitigation and grounding strategies

🔹 Ensure alignment with EU AI Act, GDPR and enterprise AI governance

🔹 Drive Responsible AI assessments covering fairness, transparency, accountability, reliability and inclusiveness

🔹 Develop secure AI platform features using Azure AI Foundry SDK, Semantic Kernel, LangChain and Azure Developer CLI (azd)

🔹 Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, automated testing and security scanning

🔹 Develop reusable reference architectures, starter templates and deployment scripts for rapid team onboarding
