Senior Research Engineer (m/f/d)

To support our Technical Center Team in Aschheim (Munich) we are looking for: Senior Research Engineer (m/f/d) KYB Europe GmbH, headquartered in Aschheim, is a subsidiary of the Japanese KYB Corporation and serves the European markets. With 15 factories in Asia, Europe, and the United States, KYB has an annual production capacity of more than 75 million shock absorbers. KYB Corporation exports its products to more than 100 countries. Lead the development and implementation of new technical capabilities within the Research Centre team. Establish and maintain technical collaboration with customers, external research centers, and relevant internal departments. Contribute to the definition of the global strategy for product innovation and technical capability development. Conduct systematic research and analysis of market requirements, technology trends, and emerging customer needs. More than 10 years of professional experience in automotive engineering and product development environments. Full professional proficiency in English, equivalent to CEFR level C1 or higher; professional proficiency in German is considered an asset. Availability for frequent domestic and international business travel.
