Plant Manager / Director - Process Industry - Hamburg

Help build one of Europe's next-generation hydrogen facilities from the ground up.

You should have experience of:

• Plant management within a process industry - Industrial gases. LNG, Gas processing, Petrochemicals, Chemicals or similar hazardous environments. Hydrogen experience is a plus but not required.
• Building teams.
• A site start-up environment and inititating appropriate processes and procedures.
• Creating a strong HSE culture.
• Customer management.
• Commercial oversite, ideally full P&L.

You need a technical background and qualifications, further commercial qualifications such as an MBA will enhance your application. Business level German and English are required. Commissioning experience would be advantageous.
