SAP Service Delivery Director

🚨 DIRECTOR – SAP SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGEMENT | BUILD THE NEXT €100M BUSINESS

I’m working with a leading SAP consulting organisation that is looking for a senior SAP leader to take ownership of a major growth opportunity within its Service Delivery Management organisation.

This is not a role focused purely on running existing delivery. The ambition is to build, scale and transform an entire business area.

🎯 What you’ll be responsible for

You’ll take a strategic leadership position across:

▪️ Defining and executing the Service Delivery Management strategy

▪️ Building and scaling a high-performing organisation

▪️ Developing new service offerings and revenue streams

▪️ Creating the structures, processes and operating model required for significant growth

👤 Who I'm looking to speak with

✅ Significant leadership experience within SAP / IT consulting

✅ A strong background in Service Delivery Management / Managed Services / Delivery

✅ Experience building or scaling a business unit, practice or service organisation

✅ Strong commercial understanding and experience working with major enterprise customers

Most importantly, I'm looking for someone who has built something before — or has the ambition and capability to build something significantly bigger.
