Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Maintenance Service Provider to make the key appointment of Head of Capital Projects to deliver complex M&E projects across their European Data Centre portfolio.

Based in Germany, with a regional responsibility for Austria and Switzerland, the Head of Capital Projects will lead on a number Capital Asset Replacement Projects which typically range in value €500k - €5m.

Additional Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and guiding the Project Managers reporting into the regional structure.
• Winning new work and developing client opportunities.
• Solutioning project requirements.
• Taking responsibility for project delivery.
• Owning the commercial performance and Regional P&L.

About you:

• You will have previously held senior positions: Head of Projects / Project Director
• You will be qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience of managing multi-country complex and time-sensitive projects (Data Centres)
• Experience of managing large P&Ls.
• Experience of managing a complex array of stakeholders. xfmxmju
