Regional Security / Loss Prevention Manager – Germany

An exciting opportunity to join a global retailer in a senior regional security role, providing leadership and expertise across Germany, Austria and CEE.

The position combines corporate security, retail loss prevention, asset protection and risk management, with responsibility for protecting people, assets, operations and brand reputation.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Europe, the UK and USA, acting as a trusted security advisor and helping shape and deliver regional security strategy.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Lead regional security, loss prevention and asset protection initiatives.
• Identify and manage security risks across a multi-site retail environment.
• Drive shrinkage reduction, retail crime and organised retail crime prevention.
• Conduct security assessments, audits and store reviews.
• Lead/support investigations, incident management and crisis response.
• Manage security suppliers, guarding services and operational standards.
• Support new store openings, projects and security-by-design initiatives.
• Provide security support for executive visits, events and travel risk.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, law enforcement and industry partners.
• Drive innovation, technology and continuous improvement across the region.

We're keen to speak with experienced security or loss prevention professionals who have:

• Significant experience within retail security, loss prevention, asset protection or corporate security.
• Experience operating across multiple sites and/or international markets.
• Strong knowledge of retail crime, shrinkage and organised retail crime.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and develop practical mitigation strategies.
• Experience managing investigations, incidents and crisis situations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A strategic yet hands-on approach to security.
• Fluent German and professional English.
• Flexibility to travel across Germany, Austria and CEE.
