These challenges await you: Your responsibilities will include managing, optimizing, and further developing our M365 services (especially Teams) You’ll also dive deep into the details, handling analysis, troubleshooting, and 2nd- and 3rd-level support for complex M365, MS Teams, and Communications scenarios You’ll manage voice configurations and telephony solutions (Direct Routing, Operator Connect) You’ll implement security and compliance requirements for Teams and Communications scenarios You’ll take on technical responsibility for software release and lifecycle projects You’ll ensure modern, secure, and high-performance workstations in the M365 environment for our customers You automate whatever can be automated (e.g., using PowerShell) Close collaboration with customers and internal teams is a natural part of your role Here’s what you bring to the table: A completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT Specialist in System Integration) with at least 3 years of professional experience Nice to have: MS-900, MS-700, or MS-721; AudioCodes Certified Associate (ACA) or AudioCodes Certified Professional (ACP) In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Enterprise Voice, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Microsoft 365 Experience with SBCs (Session Border Controllers) and telephony concepts is a plus Terms like CIS or BSI standards don’t intimidate you PowerShell and other common automation methods are more than just buzzwords to you You work in a structured manner, think analytically, and are eager to take on client projects German at the C1 level or higher What we offer: 30 days of vacation Remote work and flexible work schedules Hansefit corporate fitness program Professional development opportunities Modern workplace equipment JobBike & other benefit programs No suit, no business attire—no problem Have we piqued your interest? xsxvtuf Then we look forward to receiving your application via our online form.
