🏛️ The Role

As a valued member of the Reception team, working alongside two established colleagues, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's first impression. You'll welcome clients, visitors, and stakeholders with professionalism, ensuring every interaction reflects the firm's high standards.

You’ll manage incoming email communications with accuracy and attention to detail while supporting Executive Assistants and the Office Manager with a variety of office operations; from coordinating meeting logistics and conference room schedules to overseeing supplies and supporting high-profile events, you'll help create a seamless and polished workplace experience every day.

🌟 What You'll Bring

• Fluent German and advanced English communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar office-based position within an international environment, or a background in luxury (5*) hospitality
• Impeccable presentation with a warm, professional, and welcoming manner
• A genuine passion for client service and teamwork
• Experience supporting meetings, catering arrangements, and AV requirements
• Confidence in managing office supplies and maintaining exceptional workplace standards
• A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to remain calm, organised, and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 8am–5pm and 9am–6pm
