To strengthen our Global Brand Management team, we are looking for a creative and strategic (Senior) Global Brand Manager / Team Lead – Franchise Head (m/f/d) who will take responsibility for our respiratory (Sinupret) or women´s health (Canephron) products.

• Development of a mid-term vision, ambition, and strategy for our brands in the respiratory (Sinupret) or women´s health (Canephron) products sector, taking into account country-specific market conditions and cultural differences
• Design and maintenance of brand identity, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
• Responsibility for the entire brand experience throughout the product lifecycle
• Conducting analysis of campaign results and consumer insights for continuous improvement
• Management and maintenance of global brand books to ensure a consistent brand presence
• Conducting market and consumer research to derive actionable insights
• Leading the product portfolio and lifecycle management (LCM) to maximize market success
• Planning and monitoring brand budgets to ensure financial efficiency
• Sharing, reusing, and leading the global brand community to promote best practices
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and attractiveness
• Creating core creative ideas and campaigns to support our global brand strategy
• Defining compelling brand stories based on deep consumer insights
• Close collaboration with relevant country colleagues
• Depending on experience, qualifications and organizational needs, the role may include team leadership responsibility, contributing to the development of franchise priorities, capability building, and the successful delivery of business objectives

• Completed studies in marketing, business administration, or similar experience
• Several years of experience in brand management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or herbal sector
• Proven track record in developing and implementing brand strategies and campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting market research
• Creativity combined with a strategic approach
• Ideally first experiences with the "How Brands Grow" approach on evidence-based marketing
• Ability to work in a dynamic international environment and lead cross-functional teams (optional: previous experience leading a team)
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), basic German knowledge would be an advantage

Compensation – Global Brand Manager: Compensation is governed by the company's collective bargaining agreement, which is aligned with the German Chemical Industry Collective Pay Agreement (BETV Chemie). The anticipated salary grades are:

• Global Brand Manager: pay grade E 10/6 K to E 12/6 K, depending on qualifications and professional experience
• Senior Global Brand Manager: pay grade E 13 K

The monthly gross salary for a full-time position (39.5 hours / week) ranges from approximately 5.422 € (E 10/6 K) to 6.819 € (E 13 K), depending on the applicable pay grade. In addition, employees may be eligible for an above-tariff allowance, a performance-related bonus linked to target achievement, and further benefits in accordance with company policies.

Compensation – Team Lead: This position is compensated outside the scope of the collective bargaining agreement. The starting salary is determined based on a current market benchmark and the candidate's profile and is expected to range between 96.000 € and 105.000 € gross salary per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, employees are eligible for a performance-related bonus linked to target achievement, as well as benefits in accordance with company policies.
