Branch Director – Industrial Staffing Build-Out | Northern Germany

OnDemand International is an international corporate services and mobility group with offices across Dubai, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Delhi, London and Singapore. We are establishing our German industrial staffing business, focused on supplying qualified tradespeople—including welders, electricians, HVAC technicians and mechatronics technicians—to clients across shipbuilding, plant construction, energy and industrial infrastructure.

We are looking for an experienced Branch Director to build and lead this operation in Northern Germany.

The Role

You will take ownership of developing the German branch from the ground up, with responsibility for commercial growth, client acquisition and branch leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and developing our industrial staffing business in Northern Germany

• Winning new subcontractor and industrial clients directly

• Developing relationships with site managers, HR leaders and operational decision-

makers

• Owning commercial negotiations, pricing and client contracts

• Building and leading the local branch operation as the business grows

• Working closely with our international teams responsible for immigration, worker

mobility and qualification recognition

• Developing toward a potential future Managing Director role within the German business

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in the German staffing, labour-hire or temporary employment

sector, ideally focused on industrial and technical trades

• Several years of branch leadership, business development or senior sales experience

• Strong knowledge of the Northern German industrial staffing market• An established professional network among industrial subcontractors, site managers, HR leaders and/or procurement decision-makers

• Demonstrated experience winning and developing B2B staffing accounts

• Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-management skills

• Native-level or full professional proficiency in German

• Professional working proficiency in English

Experience with immigration processes or international qualification recognition is not required. Our specialist teams manage these areas.
