For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH to join our team as Legal Counsel (d/m/w).
Candidates must be eligible to work on NATO classified project with the necessary authorizations.
In this role, within the legal team in Donauwörth, you will provide critical legal support across contract law, public tenders, and corporate projects in both German and English.
📌 Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Handle, draft, and review complex contracts in both German and English, and actively participate in contract negotiations.
- Legal Advisory: Handle diverse legal issues in contract and commercial law, and prepare clear legal opinions and statements
- Project & Tender Support: Provide strategic legal assistance for ongoing corporate projects and public tenders.
- Debt Management: Handle dunning and debt collection procedures efficiently.
🎯 Requirements:
- Education: A degree in Law (at least a Bachelor’s degree) or a full law degree with the 1st and 2nd State Examination (Volljurist).
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in the Legal field (experience within a corporate legal department or law firm is highly desirable).
- At least 2+ years of experience or exposure within the IT / Information Systems sector
- Expertise: Solid knowledge of contract law and commercial law (Wirtschaftsrecht)
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (detailed functional knowledge)
- Language Skills: Business fluent / negotiation level in both German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
