Spare Parts Operation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily spare parts operations, including coordination of inbound, outbound, and inventory activities;
• Ensure that warehouse processes follow company standards and support continuous improvement of operational workflows;
• Maintain accurate and timely inbound outbound records in system as well as support process alignment with IT and logistics teams;
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock accuracy, and support regular cycle counts or audits;
• Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to ensure efficient spare parts availability and order fulfillment;
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills;
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or spare parts operations (European experience preferred);
• Familiar with WMS. Exposure to SAP, SF or EDI systems is a plus;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams;
• Willingness to travel, with valid European driving license;
• Proficient in English. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
