A leading global organization is seeking a Marketing Procurement Lead to support strategic sourcing initiatives across media and marketing services spend. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior marketing leaders, external agencies, and global suppliers to deliver commercial value and drive procurement excellence.

The role is suited to individuals with experience in media buying, marketing procurement, agency management, category management, or strategic sourcing environments.

• Strategic sourcing initiatives across media and marketing services categories
• Supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract execution
• Media agency performance evaluations and commercial reviews
• Cost optimization and value creation initiatives
• Supplier relationship management and stakeholder engagement
• Market intelligence, benchmarking, and category planning
• Governance, risk management, and sourcing best practices
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams

What We're Looking For

• Experience within media, marketing procurement, sourcing, category management, or agency environments
• Understanding of media buying, digital marketing, agency operations, or marketing services procurement
• Strong negotiation and commercial management capabilities
• Analytical mindset with experience evaluating proposals, pricing, and supplier performance
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience operating in international or matrixed organizations preferred
• Degree qualification or equivalent professional experience
