To support our expansion, we are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Freelance Medical Recruiter with a proven track record in candidate sourcing and client fulfillment within the healthcare sector.

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for medical professionals (physicians, nursing specialists, healthcare executives, and allied health staff) across European markets.
• Source candidates using advanced search strategies, professional networks, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates against client specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain clean data and candidate tracking within our ATS/CRM platform.
• Manage candidate relationships from initial contact through placement and onboarding.

• Medical Recruitment Experience (Mandatory): Direct recruitment experience within healthcare, clinical staffing, or pharmaceuticals in Europe.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Additional European languages (German, Dutch, French or Scandinavian languages) are a strong advantage.
• Proven Track Record: History of successful placements and candidate pipeline management in specialized industries.
• Self-Driven & Entrepreneurial: Comfort working on a pure commission model with an independent, results-oriented mindset.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms.
