We are constantly looking for experienced CFOs and Directors across to take leadership positions in the portfolio companies of our Private Equity clients. Our roles are multi-sector and in varied locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architecting a best-in-class finance function, with overall leadership responsibility for the finance team company-wide
• Developing and executing winning strategies to deliver growth
• Budget preparation and controls, in addition to accurate forecasting and reporting of financial statements. Articulating numbers and vision to the board and relevant stakeholders
• Identification, implementation and optimisation of best-in-class management information systems and steering
• Playing an integral role in the growth / buy-and-build strategy, including effective post-merger-integration of acquisitions
• Ownership of cash, liquidity and working capital management, as well as managing the capital structure
• Act as the main point of contact for auditors, tax advisors and the investor

YOUR PROFILE

• Extensive, varied professional experience as a CFO or Director, with a proven track record of delivering meaningful commercial results and change
• Experience within a PE portfolio company is valued, as are successful M&A transactions / post-merger integrations
• Excellent academic record, ideally with a focus on , , Accounting or Controlling (from a leading university)
• Outstanding and well-rounded expert knowledge in Accounting, Controlling, Financing, Performance Improvement, Change Management, etc.
• Applicants are particularly welcome from sectors including: Manufacturing, , Software, Technology, Services
• Highly strategic and commercial, with sound judgment. Results-driven and goal-oriented with a constant drive for improvement
• Combination of superb analytics with persuasive communication and presentation style. Able to win buy-in from senior stakeholders
• Fluency in German and English
