You will be monitoring the quality of the ads on the English-speaking websites and will answer customer inquiries with the customer support team.
YOUR TASKS
Checking that users’ ads (pictures and texts) meet our quality standards (spam, scam, prohibited content)
Answering customers’ inquiries in English using our internal CRM tool
YOUR PROFILE
Successful completion of a training program, preferably as a foreign language correspondent and initial work experience
Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
Solid command of the Google Chrome browser and computers
Strong service mentality and customer orientation
Experience in customer service or at a call center is desired
Willingness to perform shift-work ( early and late shift)
