• Planning, implementation, and operation of Cisco-based network environments
• Administration and further development of LAN, WLAN, and WAN infrastructures
• Configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions, particularly Cisco products
• Conducting network analyses, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting in customer networks
• Support in the design and implementation of security-related measures
• Collaboration on exciting client projects across all network and security areas
• Documentation of the infrastructure and handover to operations or clients
• Providing 2nd- and 3rd-level support
• Working closely with our technical teams (such as Operations, Infrastructure, and Security) as well as our business teams (Sales and Administration)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience with network security solutions, particularly NDR
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco ACI (Multi-Pod), Cisco WLC, and Cisco ISE, including policy creation
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center, SGTs/TrustSec, and Infoblox (IPAM/DNS/DHCP)
• "Network as Code" approach, practical use of Ansible for automation, Python scripting for integrations and automation
• Proficiency with version control systems such as GitLab or GitHub; experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Independent, structured work style, ability to work in a team, and good German and English skills
