Your responsibilities
- Provide pre- and post-sales consulting services such as purchase, order, repair, maintenance and vehicle use, primarily for the Norwegian market
- Handle emergency rescue calls of users, including preliminary troubleshooting and arrange follow-up service
- Establish and maintain user files, report problems in the business system and put forward optimization suggestions or solutions
